A revision service for your VanMoof S3 E-shifter with error 44 or other shift related problems.
If you do not get error 44, there may be a problem with the hub instead of the e-shifter.
You send the e-shifter to us and then receive it back overhauled.
You will receive an email with information on how to send the e-shifter to us.
If you would prefer to visit our location in Roden (Drenthe), this is also possible, then select pick-up as an option. You will then receive an email from us to make an appointment.
The electronics in your e-shifter will be replaced by new electronics, which is why you also receive a 2-year warranty on the electronics.
